The early years of life are important for brain development. Our teachers help children build the skills they need to do well in school and life. We focus on learning through play, friendship, and safe spaces.
What Makes Our Programs Special?
High-Quality Care
Our staff understands positive teacher child interactions and creates a safe and loving environment for your child to grow.
Learning at Their Own Speed
Every child is different. We meet each child where they are and help them take the next step.
Growing Social and Emotional Skills
We help children learn how to make friends, speak up for themselves, and feel proud and confident.
Support for Families
We also offer extra help for parents through classes on pregnancy, parenting, and mental health.
More than Childcare
We are providing a safe place for your child to grow strong and ready for kindergarten. We are building their brain. This is much more than babysitting or daycare.
Funding and curriculum for our program come from the Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families, Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program, or ECEAP, which is the Washington state equivalent of Head Start. We accept private pay, Medicaid, and financial assistance through the Washington Connection program. Visit this link to see if you qualify for funding assistance.
Visit us and see the difference. Catholic Charities is here to walk with your family every step of the way—from birth to five.
Go to the form on this page, fill out the information, and you will be added to our waitlist. We'll respond within two days to let you know whether we can enroll your child.
Classroom size is based on a child's age. Infant rooms are staffed with one teacher for every four babies. Waddler/Toddler classes (ages 12 mo. – 36 mo.) have 8 – 10 children with two teachers. Preschool programs (ages 3 - 5) have 20 students with two teachers. Our classrooms provide comprehensive services to support the child's education, health, and family.
