Working with designated children from birth to age five receiving services in the ECLIPSE program, the Early Learning Mental Health Consultant provides assessment and child and family goals, assisting to determine eligibility for services and need for referrals to other community resources. The Early Learning Mental Health Consultant also observes and consults in classrooms to implement behavior plans in the child’s designated classroom. Bilingual English & Spanish required. Wage: $80,000-$90,000 per year
The Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant takes a promotion, prevention and intervention approach to partner with coaches and early childhood professionals for the purpose of strengthening the capacity of staff, families, programs, and systems to promote optimal social and emotional development and to prevent, identify, and reduce the impact of mental health challenges amount children and families. Bilingual English & Spanish required. Wage: $80,000-$90,000 per year
The Lead Teacher provides and implements a developmentally and culturally appropriate early childhood education experience for children. The Lead Teacher is directly responsible for the overall care and planning for the classroom and individual children, including the learning environment and other staff and volunteers. This role serves in our preschool classroom teaching children ages 3-5 years old. Wage: $19.75-$23.00 per hour
The Parent Educator works with families enrolled in the Parents as Teachers program to implement family-centered, home-based services using a defined model that includes assessments, planning, and referral to community resources. This role requires significant travel and making home visits to support each family. Wage $21.00-$28.00 per hour
The Teacher Assistant – Trauma informed support the instructional program with specific responsibility for assisting in the supervision, care and instruction of a student with complex needs in the educational classroom setting, assisting in implementing plans for instruction, monitoring student academics, and managing behavior. Wage: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

The Teacher Assistant Float provides classroom coverage and support to the early learning classrooms at Carroll Children’s Center and Growing Hope Child & Family Development Center. The role of the Teacher Assistant Float is to be available on a part-time basis to cover for classroom shifts that vary between the hours of 7:00am-5:45pm. The Teacher Assistant Float supports the classroom team with implementing a developmentally appropriate classroom that supports children’s language, physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development. Wage: $17.20 hr.
The Teacher Assistant - Floater supports the overall mission and value of Catholic Charities and the Childcare and ECEAP division. Primary duties include providing quality care and education to all children of Carrolls Children Center and Growing Hope Childhood Development Center through a floater model. This position will support classroom coverage for lead teachers and teacher assistants upon request with an emphasis on promotion of social, physical and intellectual growth of children.  The Teacher Assistant - Floater is responsible for the care, hygiene, learning, and developmental activities of the children; communication with parents; and maintaining the classroom records, cleanliness, and orderliness while assigned in any classroom. Wage: $17.20 - $18.20 hr.
The Bus Aide will be responsible for ensuring the safety of children during transportation to and from the Growing Hope and Carrol Childrens Center Facilities and facilitate communication with families at pick up and drop off according to Program Policies and Procedures. The Bus Aide will support Lead Teacher with overall care and planning for the children and classroom assigned when not supporting transportation services. Wage Range: $17.20 - $18.20, depending on education and experience. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately February 1st through June 30, 2026.
The Food Service Coordinator is responsible for the procurement, preparation, and safe storage of all meals and snacks provided at the Early Learning Centers, in accordance with USDA guidelines and ECEAP performance standards. This role ensures all food service operations meet regulatory and licensing requirements while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This person will prepare menus according to USDA guidelines and ECEAP Performance Standards. Wage Range: $18.00 to $21.00, depending on experience. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am to 2pm.
