Working with designated children from birth to age five receiving services in the ECLIPSE program, the Early Learning Mental Health Consultant provides assessment and child and family goals, assisting to determine eligibility for services and need for referrals to other community resources. The Early Learning Mental Health Consultant also observes and consults in classrooms to implement behavior plans in the child’s designated classroom. Bilingual English & Spanish required. Wage: $80,000-$90,000 per year
The Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant takes a promotion, prevention and intervention approach to partner with coaches and early childhood professionals for the purpose of strengthening the capacity of staff, families, programs, and systems to promote optimal social and emotional development and to prevent, identify, and reduce the impact of mental health challenges amount children and families. Bilingual English & Spanish required. Wage: $80,000-$90,000 per year
The Family Support Person performs outreach to recruit and enroll families with young children into our ECEAP learning centers. This role works in partnership with families to support them in recognizing and building upon their family strengths to improve the quality of their family's life, and to participate in decisions regarding their children's education. Regular local travel for home visits is required. Wage: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
The Lead Teacher provides and implements a developmentally and culturally appropriate early childhood education experience for children. The Lead Teacher is directly responsible for the overall care and planning for the classroom and individual children, including the learning environment and other staff and volunteers. This role serves in our preschool classroom teaching children ages 3-5 years old. Wage: $19.75-$23.00 per hour
The Parent Educator works with families enrolled in the Parents as Teachers program to implement family-centered, home-based services using a defined model that includes assessments, planning, and referral to community resources. This role requires significant travel and making home visits to support each family. Wage $21.00-$28.00 per hour
The Teacher Assistant – Trauma informed support the instructional program with specific responsibility for assisting in the supervision, care and instruction of a student with complex needs in the educational classroom setting, assisting in implementing plans for instruction, monitoring student academics, and managing behavior. Wage: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
The Teacher Assistant supports the Lead Teacher with the overall care and planning for the classroom and individual children, implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate early childhood learning experience for children ages 3-5. Wage: $17.20-$18.20 per hour
